We want you to be fully satisfied with your Suavecito experience, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible grooming products. Items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely package your products in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you obtain a receipt for your records to track the return status.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
